Locally handcrafted from wood at our wood shop! This high quality farm gives a unique ant-raising experience as you design your own habitat then see ants interact with two different environments at once. Watch them work together to build their community. You’ll also see how grass sprouts and witness ants working together to move rocks and seeds as they redesign their habitat. Reuse this farm many times as this quality built item is made to last. The plexiglass creates a giant viewing area to enjoy.

• The kit includes live harvester ants or certificate for harvester ants,13” long x6.25” high wood and plexiglass ant habitat, sand, water dropper, tunnel starter tool, grass seeds, decorative rocks, and instructions.
• This unique farm has a giant viewing area that allows you to witness ants as they live in the wild – both above and below the surface!
• Sand and rocks allow you to grow seeds (provided) and watch as your ants move, eat and grow them.
• Easy to open lid allows you to easily feed and water your ants. Try different treats and see what foods your ants like best!
• One tube contains 25 live red harvester ants plus a few extra, with food.
• Please do not order if it’s below 40°F or above 85°F in your area. Our live arrival guarantee will be void if ordered during these temperatures.
• IMPORTANT: We recommend adult supervision for setting up and managing the ant farm. Please follow the instructions that have been provided with your ants and ant farm. Harvester ants can bite or sting to protect themselves when handled, touched, or provoked. If you’re allergic or sensitive to insect bites and stings, take extra caution in setting up and managing the ant farm.
