We ship only within the continental United States. Sorry, we don’t offer Expedited Shipping.

Purchase Orders: For schools, organizations, and institutions looking to make purchase orders, note that we accept purchase orders by mail, email, or fax. Call-in purchase orders are not accepted. Please include a signature from a billing authorization official. We currently ship within 2-5 Business Days. Invoice is included in the package and is also mailed to the billing address on the PO.


We guarantee live arrival of your animals and plants if the daytime temperature in your area is between 40°F and 85°F. Check your forecast for the next 7 days and ensure that it’s safe for your animals/plants before ordering. You are responsible for checking your forecast. 

If the conditions in your area are not favorable for ordering live animals/plants just yet, you can order the kits with a certificate instead. You can easily redeem the certificate later to obtain your animal(s) or plants.


The easiest way to place and pay for an order is to use our shopping cart.

We offer a flat-rate shipping of $8.95 on your entire order. If the total cost of items in your order is over $75, you’ll get FREE SHIPPING

Our products are shipped via USPS within 4 business days. A business day is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time). If your order comes in after 5:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) it’ll be processed the next business day.

The tracking information will be sent to your email address when your order gets shipped. You should be present at the shipping address to receive your package. Shipments of live animals and plants should not be left unattended.
